Online Returns Policy
Terms
As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you want to cancel your order you will need to do so within 24 hours as it may already be in production. Before placing an order with Amélioré you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact info@ameliorestore.co.uk
Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty items or items which are damaged in transit. Amélioré will, cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact info@ameliorestore.co.uk with photographic evidence.
In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return. In these instances when returning items you are required to obtain proof of posting and/or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.
Returns policy requirements
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Colours
We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.
Procedure for returning faulty goods
- Please ensure the item is unused, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales form sent to you in the package.
- Please email info@ameliorestore.co.uk and state your preferred courier for us to approve
- For orders within the EU, please organise return shipment using your preferred local courier, which we have pre-approved. Please note you will be fully reimbursed for all return shipping costs.
- For international orders (outside of the EU), please email us on
info@ameliorestore.co.uk and we will create a return shipping label for you.
Shipping
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched. We currently use UPS as our courier partner across Europe and the US, and Royal Mail and DHL as our courier in the UK and across the rest of the world.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Amélioré is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
